It is in the wilderness that God begins to shape us and help us discover who we are as He sees us. It is vital for us to discover who we are and understand what God says concerning us. This will help us to begin moving in purpose and on purpose.

Great leaders (Abraham, Moses, Prophet Elijah, Apostle Paul, and Jesus Christ) evolved and began to walk out their destiny as God would have them spend time in the wilderness…in the desert.

Established by Apostle Shawanda R. Randolph, Fresh Manna, LLC embraces leadership in the shadow of God’s great leaders (and mentors).
These leaders followed the commands and direction of God to lead others to understand who they were and how to live with Him. Through this leadership and formation of identity, people began to live out their purpose as defined by God.

About Apostle Shawanda R. Randolph

Apostolic leader, teacher, and mentor Shawanda R. Randolph has spent over three decades mentoring, developing, and leading young leaders from government, private sectors, and various ministry settings. Studying under the late Bishop Dr. B. Derone Robinson, Apostle has a unique style of teaching that helps the unchurch connect to and understand The Word of God, increasing their desire to seek a deeper relationship with God and find purpose in life according to His Word.

Apostle Shawanda is a retired USAF Veteran and continues to live a dedicated life of Service. The founder of DeeCilla Comfort Center, a 501c(3) that provides program services and support to homeless women and children impacted by abuse. She is also the author of several books and training programs aimed to help believers strengthen their relationship with God and unbelievers find their way back to Christ.

An advocate of education and self-improvement, Apostle Shawanda holds multiple degrees in fields of study such as Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, and Theology, as well as numerous certifications, all of which she continues to use to help guide, lead, train, and mentor the next generation of leaders.

As a leader, coach, and mentor, she strives to help ministries and para-ministries become effective and impactful organizations in their communities as they continue to serve God’s people. She also works with leaders and future leaders (re)discover their abilities to build and lead the next generation of leaders appropriately.

An Alumna of Wilmington University and Fuller Theological Seminary, Shawanda has authored books such as Fresh Manna: Journey To A New Beginning (2018) and is featured in the Best-Selling Book, 20 Beautiful Women, Vol 6 (2018), where she shares her story of overcoming adversity and learning to live “in purpose and on purpose.” Her most recent book, Seeing God: Hope For A New Land (2019), explores the barriers we created and must overcome to live in a community as God designed to create HOPE for future generations.
